I take pride in my jewellery in the hope that you will enjoy your purchase.
My jewellery is hand crafted, without any commercial production techniques – this means each piece will have slight imperfections, or marks of the maker. And I will introduce new designs often, because that’s far more interesting than just repeating myself.
Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars (AU$).
GST
I am not registered for GST.
Individuality
If I repeat a design, it will still have slight differences, because each item is hand made – I am not interested in slavishly copying myself.
If you order a commission, I will make what you have requested as closely as possible. I suggest designing the piece in collaboration, to ensure the end result is achievable.
Available made to order
Some items may not be in stock. This is because I hand-make all my jewellery, and many items are one-off’s. If an item in my store is marked ‘Available made to order’ I will make it if an online purchase is made.
Some items may take a while to make, and this can affect delivery.
I will contact you if the order will be delivered a little later than expected.
Returns
I accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your jewellery, just in case the ring you ordered is the wrong size for instance. And I would love to resize or make a new one the correct size to replace it. Please email me within 14 days of receiving your order if you are returning your purchase. Late returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in some circumstances. In most cases I will require an exchange or store credit instead. Please contact me if you are unsure.
Coupons and vouchers
Please apply any coupon codes at checkout. Coupons may only be used once, on one sale, and only on full-price items.
Found form reserves the right to withdraw or vary coupon and voucher offers and terms at any time.
Gift vouchers
Please contact me if you would like to purchase a gift voucher.
Gift vouchers are only valid online at foundform.com.au/shop to the value shown on the gift voucher. Minimum spend must equal value shown on voucher. Not redeemable for cash. Single use only. No end date. Gift vouchers do not include shipping. Exclusive of any other offer. User must use billing email for voucher to validate.
Undercurrent 2022
Winner receives $50 off their first purchase in my online shop. Minimum spend $100. More than one item can be in same purchase. Drawn Friday 2 December 2022, winner notified by email. Only people who subscribed at my stall at Undercurrent are in the draw. Voucher is valid once only and must be used within one year. Subsequent purchases are at full price. Exclusive of any other offer.

On your first purchase from Found form save $30 on the purchase price. If you have more than one item in your basket the saving is still $30. This offer applies to your first purchase only. Subsequent purchases are at full price. Exclusive of any other offer.
Sizing
Be aware that our fingers change size depending on factors such as exercise and temperature. I have a ring sizer for your convenience and there are numerous other sizers online. Try and match your favourite ring size for the finger you wish to wear your purchase on.
Be aware that some rings cannot be resized. Please contact me if you are unsure.
Repairs
I only repair jewellery that I have made. I make no guarantees about repairs. Some jewellery may be less easy to repair, and I might suggest a replacement in this case, at my discretion.
Time
I endeavour to fill orders quickly, however depending on how busy I am, orders may take longer to complete. My standard time is one week depending on the piece, not including postage. If I have an unexpected delay I will email you and let you know.
Bump up
If you need an order quickly please contact me – for a modest fee I may be able to bump you up in my schedule.
Postage
Postage will most often be by Australia post. Registered post will cost extra. Postage will be added to your order at checkout.
Your purchase will be posted as soon as practicable after your payment clears.
Please note: weight and size refers to the packaged jewellery and is for postage only. It is not the dimensions of the jewellery itself.
