Forged – ovoid
Made using two hammers, a ball pien and a planisher. Nothing else. No joins, no filing or sanding.
Fire and force, and the marks of making are there to see. The blackened patina is from the heat, and the sheen is from the planishing hammer.
This is possibly the purest form of ring making. Certainly the simplest.
